Event Payment is via Tidy HQ via Credit Card Everyone must assist in the meeting set up/clean up list President and Vice President Open main gates, Terraces Gates, Park Ferme’ and Form up gates Open Garages (Check and note pre-event condition and damages) Turn on any lights to be used - (Toilets, Tower, Paddock, garages) Sit back in beach chair with espresso martini                                                                                          Timing Set up Tower - Computers and screens X 2 in timing, X1 in Race Control, Test start lights, Test dorian loops and timing system CLEAN UP Check and clean Tower (remove computers, screens, empty refrigerators) Turn off any lights used. (Tower, Paddock, garages) Steward & Clerk of Course Inspect track condition and for debris, animals, flag marshal ladders CLEAN UP Check returned radios   Excel Check flag trailer (Extinguishers, Flags, Brooms, Oil soaker) Deliver to flag points - Foam and Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher, Flag set, Esky, Braking Markers CLEAN UP All Competitors to take their rubbish bins to the dumpster Clean all pit garages (In and outside) Turn off lights and Lock up.  Note any damaged or non-operational equipment. Report to Clerk of Course.   Commodore Cup  Check all radios are on charge and ready for use Set up scales for use in perc fume CLEAN UP Collect all items from Flag points, stow back in trailer (Fire Ext. Flags Ect.) !!NT TITLES!! The 7th round of the 2026 NT Motorkhana Championship is from 5.30pm Friday 7th of August at Hidden Valley Raceway. Whether you want to compete for Outright or Junior honours, or just wish to come and try motorkhana and have some fun, you are welcome to join in! Single event licences are available for casual participants. Vehicle occupants must wear enclosed shoes and short or long sleeves on shirts are recommended (no singlets or strappy tops). Working seatbelts are required for each occupant. Vehicles must pass a safety inspection - no leaks, no loose objects or apparent faults, and rubber on tyres. Entry is $50 for adults (18+) and $10 for juniors (12-17). Entry inc BBQ & cold drinks on the night. Spread the word to friends and family and join the fun! Motorkhana is a motorsport where drivers attempt to navigate courses laid out with markers as quickly as possible. There are tight maneouvres, handbrake turns, reversing, and a good memory can help! The Darwin events involve production-based cars, so anyone can join in and have the opportunity to do well. You do NOT need lots of power or a specialised car or equipment. Some of the best performing vehicles in motorkhana are small hatchbacks. Vehicle speeds are low with first gear and reverse used. Drivers as young as twelve are eligible for the relevant licence, so Motorkhana is a great way to develop driving skills, car control and understand vehicle handling before getting out on the road. 2026 Rejex Rally — Proudly Sponsored by CIV Scapes The 2026 Rejex Rally will take place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 August 2026. The event begins in Darwin on the morning of Saturday 1 August, travelling to Pine Creek for an overnight stop before continuing on to Batchelor the following day. What is the Rejex Rally? The Rejex Rally combines motorkhana-style driving tests at designated locations with cruising between stops, where participants tackle navigational challenges, questions and activities along the way. Points are assigned for the completion of all activities, with awards for outright results as well as handicap and class results based on vehicle age. The intent of the rally is to bring together enthusiasts of all ages and motor vehicles of all eras for a great social weekend of driving. Alongside cruising on public roads, there are low-speed driving challenges at designated locations — motorkhana-style courses and other tests designed to challenge the driver while providing a level playing field for cars of all eras. Eligibility Drivers aged 12 (twelve) and older are eligible to register as competitors, but must hold a Motorsport Australia licence for the event. All competing drivers must hold a Motorsport Australia Speed licence or higher. If you don't have one, a single-event licence can be purchased at the following link: Motorsports Australia Single Event Licence Application [motorsport.org.au] Vehicles driven on transport stages, including trailers, must be registered for on-road use and must be driven by a person holding a suitable NT or equivalent driver's licence. Registration and Entry Registration is open until Monday 28 June 2026. Entry is $180 per person. Please provide details for each person attending and indicate whether they will be driving the vehicle as a competitor or navigator. Competing drivers are those attempting the driving tests and will be assigned a competitor number. If you are only sharing on-road driving duties, you need a valid road licence — a Motorsport Australia licence is not required. Stay tuned for updates and spread the word to friends and family!
