2025 Megakhana
Hidden Valley Race Track
09:00 – 17:00
The 2025 Megakhana is on from 9.00am Saturday 10 May.
The event combines three categories:
Precision: Tight, technical motorkhana courses to test driver skill
Power: Straight line acceleration and braking tests of vehicle capacity
Pace: Short sprints on the Hidden Valley circuit to balance driver and vehicle
Whether you want to compete for Outright or Junior honours or a category victory, or just wish to come and try and have some fun, you are welcome to join in!
Ensure you read the Supplementary Regulations before registering.
Single event licences are available for casual participants.
Vehicle occupants must wear enclosed shoes and short or long sleeves on shirts are recommended (no singlets or strappy tops). Working seatbelts are required for each occupant. Vehicles must pass a safety inspection - no leaks, no loose objects or apparent faults, and rubber on tyres.
Entry is $40 for adults (18+) and $10 for juniors (12-17).
Spread the word to friends and family and join the fun!
Motorkhana is a motorsport where drivers attempt to navigate courses laid out with markers as quickly as possible. There are tight maneouvres, handbrake turns, reversing, and a good memory can help! Megakhana extends on this to introduce straight line acceleration & braking tests and short sprints on the Hidden Valley circuit with added slaloms to keep speeds low, but to give a taste of on-track action!
The Darwin events involve production-based cars, so anyone can join in and have the opportunity to do well. You do NOT need lots of power or a specialised car or equipment. Some of the best performing vehicles in motorkhana are small hatchbacks.
Vehicle speeds are low and drivers as young as twelve are eligible for the relevant licence, so the Megakhana is a great way to develop driving skills, car control and understand vehicle handling before getting out on the road.
Register now!
By registering for this event you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted the Supplementary Regulations.

Motorkhana is a motorsport where drivers attempt to navigate courses laid out with markers as quickly as possible. There are tight maneouvres, handbrake turns, reversing, and a good memory can help!
The Darwin events involve production-based cars, so anyone can join in and have the opportunity to do well. You do NOT need lots of power or a specialised car or equipment. Some of the best performing vehicles in motorkhana are small hatchbacks.
Vehicle speeds are low with first gear and reverse used. Drivers as young as twelve are eligible for the relevant licence, so Motorkhana is a great way to develop driving skills, car control and understand vehicle handling before getting out on the road.
